Get your Korean noods here!

Opened earlier this month, Noodle Bridge is already making waves in North Point for its make-your-own Korean ramyun concept.

Here’s how it works: first, it’s your task to choose from the assortment of around 20 Korean instant noodle brands, depending on your mood and preference. There are spicy soup noodles like Shin Ramyun (HKD24), Yeol Ramyun (HKD24), and Jin Jjambbong (HKD30), spicy dry noodles including the notorious Fire Chicken Noodles (HKD26) and Carbonara Fire Chicken Noodles (HKD28) – which top the menu’s heat index with an annotation of six chillies – and both dry and soup non-spicy noodle varieties such as Jin Ramyun Mild (HKD24) and Chapagetti (HKD26).

Then it’s time to select your add-on toppings (scallions are free), from raw egg (HKD4) and sliced cheese (HKD4) to cheese sausage (HKD6/3pcs) and luncheon meat (HKD6/3pcs).

There are timers on the machines used at the shop to cook your chosen ramyun and toppings, so the noodles are always cooked at the perfect temperature to just the right doneness.

Noodle Bridge is currently open daily from 11AM to 9PM, but we’re keeping our fingers crossed that the opening hours are soon extended to meet our late-night snacking needs.
