Downtown Central’s BaseHall is welcoming another tranche of fun-loving concepts into its food hall this March, with Nocino, Twins Liangpi Limited, Pinky Bakery, and Don Bowls & Rolls by Sushi Fujimoto opening new spots.

Viral Tai Hang restaurant Nocino brings a Swiss-Italian flair to BaseHall with hearty pasta and accoutrements. Try the Wagyu beef tartare (HKD68), brown crab casarecce (HKD128), and slow-cooked beef cheek pappardelle (HKD118)

Twins Liangpi is selling its classic spicy Sichuan bowls including the signature cold steamed noodles (HKD38) and cold dan dan noodles (HKD48).

Pinky Bakery, well known for its yummy handmade pastries, is bringing its bagel creations to the food hall. The pesto tomato bagel (HKD32), smoked salmon avocado bagel (HKD58), and bacon sour cream bagel (HKD58) are ones to try.

As for Don Bowls & Rolls by Sushi Fujimoto, we suggest going for the negi toro don (HKD170) or sukiyaki Wagyu beef don (HKD190).
