Kerry Hotel is hosting a tasty and authentic Korean-themed dinner buffet at Big Bay Café till Apr. 30 to celebrate the spicy, sweet, and sour flavours of South Korea.

From 6PM to 9:30PM every Monday to Thursday (HKD708 pp) and Friday to Sunday plus public holidays (HKD808 pp), enjoy a wide range of traditional Korean dishes at the cuisine pop-up located inside the Hung Hom hotel.

Highlights include saewoo jang (marinated raw shrimp), haemul-jeon (seafood pancake), bibimbap (stone-pot rice), galbi-jjim (braised short rib), samgye-tang (ginseng chicken soup), and, of course, Korean fried chicken

Finish your dinner with traditional Korean desserts of gangjeong (rice puff), gyeongdan (rice-cake ball), and bungeo-ppang (fish-shaped red bean pastry).
