Making a return to Macau, celebrity chef Jereme Leung is hosting a curated menu of great Jiangnan cuisine at his eponymous restaurant on Mar. 25–30.

At Jiang Nan by Jereme Leung, he will be showcasing new dishes to experience at The Venetian Macao restaurant, inspired by the theme of spring.

The fine-dining Chinese restaurant explores the authentic flavours from Shanghai, Jiangsu, and Zhejiang located in the Jiangnan region.

Chef Leung’s approach at Jiang Nan is “authentically Jiangnan with creative touches”, with regional classics given fanciful Macanese twists. The Shanghai’s white rabbit coconut candy homemde soya bean-curd dessert has become a must-order dish in recent months.
