Revel in the spices and fragrance of Latin American food this summer as Hyatt Centric Victoria Harbour are launching their Latin Fiesta lunch-dinner buffets to be enjoyed from Aug. 1-Sep. 11.
Created by executive sous chef Fernando Gojan, the buffet features flavours from Mexico, Argentina, Peru, Argentina, and the Caribbean. Dishes include Peruvian sea bass ceviche, roasted striploin with chimichurri crust, empanadas, made-to-order mexican tacos, and churros and culce de Leche.
Beyond the Latin menu, diners can still enjoy The Farmhouse’s serious spread of Chinese BBQ, dim sum, a salad bar, and an assortment of chilled jet-fresh seafood from Japan and Europe.
Lunch buffets begin at HKD199 for children, HKD288 for seniors, and HKD398 for adults, whilst dinner starts at HKD374 for children, HKD488 for seniors, and HKD748 for adults.
