The Park Lane Hong Kong in Causeway Bay has reimagined its rooftop dining space, now dubbed SKYE Roofbar & Brasserie and offering sophisticated new menus zeroing in on classic French cuisine.

Taking centre stage at the restaurant is the debut of a raw bar experience, the Gastro Bar, where three items are priced at HKD240 and five at HKD380. The seafood bites include Kaviari Oscietre Prestige caviar with crème fraîche and blinis, sesame tuna loin tataki, and local geoduck ceviche.

The bar also offers meaty options, such as Wagyu beef tartare, 48 months Ibérico de bellota ham, and duck foie gras terrine

Both meat and seafood plates can be paired with a sommelier-selected three-glass wine flight (HKD380). If you’re up for even more vino, SKYE Roofbar & Brasserie presents over 50 global wines by the glass for your consideration, ranging from Old to New World.

In celebration of the new raw bar concept, from Oct. 28 till Nov. 30, guests can enjoy a complimentary glass of Moët & Chandon champagne when ordering one food item per person from the Gastro Bar menu.
