To celebrate the festive season and beyond into early spring, ThinkWine has launched an all-you-can-eat raclette menu for HKD358 per person, offering fine bites of French cuisine.
The French wine bar, which stocks more than 600 labels from the nation and other Old and New World regions, is hosting the feast with a heavy dose of raclette and morbier cheeses alongside all the familiar accoutrements.
Cooked ham, chorizo, truffle saucisson, potatoes, and pickles join the table too, with wine pairings available to add on for an extra price.
Bookings are highly encouraged as the menu is limited to eight tables per night, with last orders taken at 9PM for the raclette offering.
