Well known for sourcing all of Hong Kong’s green Michelin starred restaurants, Farmhouse Productions stocks an extensive list of vegetables, fruits, roots, and leafy greens, such as okra, banana, chive, ginger, turmeric, sweet potato, and cucumber. The northern Hong Kong farm sends out weekly Monday and Thursday order lists to their farm-to-table delivery network.

AuLaw Organic Farm
Based in Kam Tin, AuLaw Organic Farm assists its customers in crafting select packages of seasonal fruit and vegetables in monthly or one-off packages that are delivered citywide. Amongst many plants, AuLaw farms tomato, bamboo shoot, sunflower, lettuce, cabbage, bitter gourd, and edible flowers. Sangwoodgoon
A smaller farm located on the edge of Yuen Long, Sangwoodgoon uses regenerative farming practices that allow for seasonal Asian winter and summer produce to be grown on their land. With orders made via Facebook, customers can mainly purchase vegetables, including green beans, aubergine, lettuce, sweet potato, bitter gourd, and spinach.

R-Farm HK
Founded by two architects, R-Farm offers a subscription-based service that delivers organic seasonal vegetables to your doorstep from their farm in Yuen Long. Items included in the weekly baskets are shared on Instagram, allowing customers to best use the carrot, beetroot, radish, broccoli, cauliflower, and other vegetables accordingly.

Zen Organic Farm
Zen Organic Farm is one of Hong Kong’s largest organic farms, boasting a 250,000-square-foot area in Ta Kwu Ling stocking fruit and vegetables for personal consumption and bulk-ordering. The farm hosts half- and full-day educational programmes for group visitors to educate the public on Hong Kong’s burgeoning farming community.

The Pioneer Farm
Operating multiple lots around the Tsing Tam Reservoir, The Pioneer Farm is run by a budding Yuen Long family who share their love for organic fruit and vegetables in Yuen Kong San Tsuen village and multiple markets across New Territories.
