Zou PIZZA wants to teach you how to create the perfect pizza, along with the science and art that go into the crafting of tomato and cheese slices.

Based in Yuen Long, the classes are hosted at the founder’s home in sessions from 10:30AM to 2PM on Saturdays and Sundays and 5:30PM to 9PM on Sundays, costing HKD650 per person in groups of five or six.

The workshops aim to educate participants on how to proof the dough, understand the traditional ways of creating Neapolitan-style pizza, learn the techniques for perfectly cooking and charring the pizza base, and how to bring your newfound skills back home for making better pizza.
