Sabatini Ristorante Italiano

Sabatini Where to brunch in Hong Kong in 2025

Originating in Rome in 1958, Sabatini has been a mainstay at The Royal Garden hotel in Tsim Sha Tsui for 35 years, expanding more recently with a branch at ifc mall in Central. At both locations, the authentic Italian brunch menu (from HKD838pp) begins and ends with a bang; an elaborate antipasti spread sets the grand scene, followed by a special course of cheese baked lobster and a dessert table rounding off the meal with gusto. In between, there are live stations where the likes of black truffle scrambled egg on toast and Fassone beef tartare make appearances, a choice of pasta or risotto, and then a main course the likes of pan-seared toothfish or roasted Australian M5 Wagyu. Trust us – you can skip dinner with this one…

HENRY

HENRY Where to brunch in Hong Kong in 2025

Get ready to unzip or unbuckle following a brunch session at Rosewood hotel’s sleek American steakhouse HENRY. Chef Jorge Vera Gutiérrez’s American weekend lunch menu (HKD798 pp) is a US-inspired banquet of sorts, and we’re here for it. The menu begins with an assortment of sharing starters, including the likes of gravlax, lobster bisque, wedge salad, and buttermilk fried chicken, and then it’s time for the main event. The Australian M4 Wagyu New York strip or USDA Prime rib-eye (+HKD198) are the obvious options, but the Juicy Lucy burger – 180 grams of dry-aged beef, American cheese, and fried egg on a homemade brioche bun – is a worthy rival. For dessert, we adore both the New York cheesecake and grilled banana sundae.
