Hong Kong’s first closed-loop bar, ensuring all ingredients consumed and used to create cocktails within the bar get efficiently recycled, do not mix just fine cocktails but routinely showcase mocktails on the menu. Currently, the bar is selling The Saturn (HKD95), a passion fruit & oolong tea kombucha mocktail with lime, and the Omija Punch (HKD95) made with leftover omija berry, watermelon hydrosol, and jasmine flower.

In North Point, Cruise Restaurant and Bar promotes their ‘I’m Driving’ mocktail series on their menu, designed to make all types of drinkers feel included when dining at the venue. Included within the menu are their Totally Sober (HKD88) mocktail mixed cashew orgeat, celery, lime, and tonic for a creamy sip. The Nunnery (HKD88) focus on floral and fruity notes with grapefruit and falernum, whilst the jasmine-heavy Golden Lime Soda (HKD88) is a refreshing drink to order.

LPM Hong Kong

For French and Mediterranean flavours, LPM Hong Kong has you covered not just for food, but for two mocktails that sit perfectly on their menu complimenting the meaty food. The Frescoes (HKD78) blends greek yoghurt, almond, juniper, and clementine cordial for an oh-so creamy and citrus-heavy drink. The Mon Numéro 1 (HKD78) on the other hand amps up bolder flavours with a mix of Bergamot, jasmine cordial, verjuice, and rose.

Blotto

Blotto’s concept is envisioned to make you drunk and loose. But for those who venture the Kennedy Town drinking hole who don’t want to drink, their mocktails are prepared with the same humour and flair as their alcoholic counterparts. Try the Cancel Tom Collins (HKD65) and High on Life (HKD65) made with Seedlip Spice liquor, and lemon and thyme or passionfruit and ginger beer, respectively. The Designated Driver (HKD65) is a twist on an espresso martini just without the alcohol and with coconut and mint.

The Savory Project

Asia’s 19th best bar, led by Ajit Gurung and Jay Khan, has cooked up a storm in a glass since opening last year. Their menu is categorised into Hedonism, herbal and aromatic cocktails packing a flavour punch, Ageless, for the all-time classics, and The Savory Project’s Temperance section for all the flavour bar the booze. We suggest ordering the Teriyaki Fireball (HKD120) for a spicy-umami kick or the vegetal Garden to Glass (HKD120).

One Michelin star-winning and Foodie Forks 2024 best French restaurant Louise hosts a plentiful mocktail list that pairs well with their contemporary French bites in Soho. The Coco (HKD98) brings lavender, lemon juice, and coconut water together for a cool drink, whilst the GreenThumb (HKD98) takes the gin out of a G&T with cucumber, lime, and elderflower mixed within. At MOOO!, Hong Kong’s latest steakhouse to open in the city, virgin cocktails are made to be celebrated when eating here. Their zero-alcohol cocktails on the menu include the Virgin Peach Colada (HKD80), Cool Mint (HKD80), a twist on a mojito with an infusion of lime and soda, and a Gin & Tonic Zero (HKD68) using Lyre’s zero alcohol spirit as a substitute for the fizz but not the flavour.
