Frank’s is laying down the heat on Mar. 22 12:30PM to 4PM with their R&B brunch featuring vibey Hong Kong favourite DJ Crystal and a new brunch menu to compliment the tunes.
For HKD480 per person (+HKD300 for free flow), DJ Crystal is enlightening the Hong Kong community with a mix of old and new-school R&B featuring Mary J. Blige, Usher, Brandy, and D’Angelo.
Tunes will be blasting away at the restaurants’ 7th floor rooftop space whilst foodies can nosh on new items coming on the menu, including oysters, honey garlic wings, and Hokkaido scallop ceviche.
For sharing antipasti to start the brunch, dig into gnocco fritto with red sauce, oysters, cured meat, caesar salad, honey garlic wings, Hokkaido scallop ceviche, burrata toast, parma ham croquette, and Nonna’s pork meatballs.
Where meaty means are concerned, have a pick between skirt steak n eggs (+HKD80), rigatoni alla vodka, linguini clams, Frank’s classic chicken parm, Italian waffle, and crab cake benedict.
Their sharing dessert platter features tiramisu, brandied cherry chocolate cake, and vanilla panna cotta.
Their free-flow package includes unlimited pours of Perrier Jouet champagne, red & white wine, and house spirit & mixers.
