Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong, has announced a hotel-wide refresh of its existing F&B establishments as part of a USD100 million renovation programme, which includes introducing new restaurants into the fold.

In an announcement by group chief executive of Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group Laurent Kleitman on Apr. 22, the hotel is leading an elevation of its dining experiences, beginning with the launch of a pizza counter by chef Daniele Cason of The Pizza Bar on 38th at Mandarin Oriental, Tokyo, which has earned itself the ranking of the third-best pizza in world in 2024 by 50 Top Pizza.

Michelin-star-winning chef Daniel Boulud is set to open a refined French dining concept in the former SEVVA space at the top of LANDMARK PRINCE’S, connected to the Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong, ecosystem.

Other new touches include a reimagined The Mandarin Cake Shop, a new interior and menu offerings at Mandarin Grill + Bar, an expanded Clipper Lounge, and a revamp for The Krug Room.

The renovations are set to begin in Q2 2025 and will be executed over four phases, with completion planned for Q4 2026.
