FINEPRINT is planning to open a new location at Hong Kong International Airport in the summer.

Set to open in August, the Chek Lap Kok-based location will be the chain’s 10th outlet, following a new takeaway store in Central opening earlier this year.

The airport café will open from 6AM till 10PM, serving new evening items for those arriving to and departing from Hong Kong later in the day. Ordering kiosks will be installed with various languages to support a wealth of visitors to the city.

Scottie Callaghan, founder of FINEPRINT, tells Foodie, “We are super excited and proud about this location; it’s quite emotional really. We started with one location, our humble little Peel Street site, with myself and two staff, and we have grown to this. It will be FINEPRINT number 10 and, as such, very nice for our HKIA location to be our 10th.”

FINEPRINT joins The Alchemist Cafe and a 24/7 branch of Hung’s Delicacies opening inside the arrivals hall of the airport.
