Harbourside is celebrating truffle season in Hong Kong with a two-month-long special buffet theme featuring prized black truffles sourced from Tasmania, Australia.

Lasting till Aug. 31, the buffet restaurant at the Regent Hong Kong features both savoury and sweet additions, including starters devilled eggs and mozzarella with black truffle and black truffle with asparagus and parmesan salad.

Joining Harbourside’s existing selections of sushi and sashimi, Cantonese specials, roast meats, and Asian delicacies, expect to find truffle mushroom risotto, truffle potato pizza, and truffle mac and cheese for the mains.

Their truffle-inspired desserts include truffle ice cream, truffle bon bon, and truffle macaron

The buffet, available for both lunch and dinner, starts at HKD558 for adults and HKD318 for children.
