If you thought Hong Kong was done with viral bakeries and pastries, think again as the city has welcomed yet another bakery in Tsim Sha Tsui selling Mille Puffs.

Milkfill bakery opened in mid-July and specialises in a thousand-layer Napoleon puff pastry using the same texture as a mille feuille pastry. The Mille Puffs are filled with flavoured cream and served hot.

On the flavour front, enjoy your Mille Puffs in original (HKD42), pistachio (HKD46), chocolate (HKD46), caramel flamed pineapple (HKD46), or almonds (HKD46) flavour.

For those fancying a traditional mille feuille, be sure to make it between 1PM-2PM and 6PM-7PM to snag one of thirty baked twice a day.

Milkfill, G21, G/F, Carnarvon Plaza, 20 Carnavon Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, 2392 1328
