Ranked as Tokyo’s best ramen, Ramenya Shima is set to open their first international location in Hong Kong this summer.

According to Japanese restaurant search and booking platform Tabelog, the ramen restaurant currently tops the Tabelog Ramen TOKYO “Tabelog 100” list and ranks the fourth best ramen nationwide in 2024.

The reservation-only restaurant announced on X that their Tokyo location will be closed Aug. 12-15 to prepare for the opening of their Hong Kong location.

Currently, the location and timing of the opening is not clear. Expect to hear from Foodie soon on where you can enjoy their signature white soy sauce ramen noodles.
