In a celebration of its 20th anniversary, Amber is bringing together Hong Kong’s four Michelin Green Star-awarded restaurants for The Changemaker’s Dinner on Aug. 28.
Chefs Joris Rousseau of Feuille, Vicky Lau and Choi Ming Fai of Mora, and Adam Thomas of Roganic join Richard Ekkebus for the one-night-only dinner to celebrate sustainable and green dining in Hong Kong.
The Michelin Green Star is awarded to restaurants “at the forefront of the industry when it comes to their sustainable practices.”
The 10-course meal is priced at HKD2,888 per person and includes signature dishes crafted at each four Green Starred restaurants, including Amber’s ishigakidai, Mora’s warm soy custard and tofu skin, Feuille’s flower crab, and Roganic’s oyster mushroom with miso grains, slow-cooked yolk, and burnt chive.
The menu begins and ends with four distinct amuse bouche and petit fours served by each chef team.
