Michelin Bib Gourmand-winning An Choi is expanding its presence in Sheung Wan with An Che, a new Vietnamese dessert store next door.

With a specialty focussing on Saigonese Vietnamese desserts, the hometown of co-founder Mai Ho “Kay” Kim Khanh, the new shop will be selling a series of sweet soups, puddings, and drinks.

Their signatures come right out of south Vietnam, including tofu pudding with ginger & pandan syrup (HKD30), red bean, sago, tapioca noodles (HKD40), coffee flan (HKD20), and coconut slushy coffee (HKD50).

“Desserts are an essential part of Vietnamese culture, and with An Che, we’re excited to share the flavors that I grew up enjoying. Every sweet dish has a story, and I hope to bring a taste of those memories to our community,” says Kay in a press release.
