Falcone has teamed up with 130-year-old snake speciality restaurant Ser Wong Fun to serve a limited-time-only snake pizza.

The Serpente alla Gigi (HKD248) was created in mind of Falcone chef Roberta De Sario’s adoration for the legacy restaurant, led by fourth-generation restaurateur Gigi Wong. 

Featuring toppings of locally bred snake and black fungus, the pizza sees a generous dolloping of tomato sauce and smoked mozzarella. 

The snake pizza is available through the end of September exclusively at the Italian restaurant chain’s ifc mall location.
