The newly awarded Foodie Forks 2025 Restarateur of the Year Gregoire Michaud of the Bakehouse bakery chain empire is penning his first cookbook themed all about Bakehouse.
Ranking as his sixth cookbook penned in his baking career, Gregoire is teaming up with global publishing house Phaidon Press to launch ‘The Bakehouse Cookbook’.
‘The Bakehouse Cookbook’ will feature a collection of recipes, stories, and photos of Bakehouse’s familiar bready flavours, “inspired by the culinary richness of the area through a cross-cultural baking exploration.”
In a statement shared exclusively with Foodie, Gregoire said: “Being a signed author with Phaidon is such an honour, it’s a lifetime achievement. Not only for us at Bakehouse, but also for Hong Kong, we’ll make sure we shine a bright light on our awesome city!”
