Chef Nobu Matsuhisa, the mastermind behind his eponymous global restaurant empire, will be back in town this October to treat diners to an exceptional three-day omakase experience at his namesake eatery at Regent Hong Kong.

Chef Nobu will be stationed in Hong Kong from Oct. 15–17 to host an eight-course omakase dinner menu (HKD1,888 pp) that showcases the bold Japanese-Peruvian fusion cuisine that he has been championing for three decades around the world.

Diners can look forward to innovative Nobu-exclusive dishes including the nori caviar avocado tacos, lobster salad with black sesame, amadai with crispy vegetables, grilled A5 Wagyu with wasabi pepper sauce, and pear honey semifreddo with caramel hazelnut.
