Nine months after Rosewood Hong Kong unveiled the instant-hit Hokkaido custard flan, the hotel’s afternoon tea lounge, The Butterfly Room, is here with a new alluring flan flavour under their belt.
Their new autumn afternoon tea menu (HKD568 pp.) introduces the Hokkaido milk tea flan alongside a treasure trove of sweet treats.
Across your dining session, pick at amuse bouche, finger sandwiches, pre-dessert, freshly baked goodies, including the Hokkaido milk tea flan, plated desserts, and a pick from the mignardise chocolate trolley.
This is the third flan flavour unveiled by Rosewood Hong Kong’s pastry chef Jonathan Soukdeo, following the Hokkaido custard flan and limited-edition taro flan.
