Thai-style supper is now being served at Hotel ICON’s buffet eatery The Market from now until Dec. 20 in conjunction with the Royal Thai Consulate-General, Hong Kong.

Thai chef Jack Pinkkang of The Market has designed three Thai set menus that are up for ordering on Fridays and Saturdays from 10:30PM to 12:30AM, should the urge for flavourful late-night snacking strike.

Priced at a mere HKD98 per person or HKD188 for two, combo A comes with a welcome Chang lime soda, Thai snack platter (rice crackers, prawn crackers, and pork skin with dried mango, pomelo salad, and coconut-pork dip), and portion of mango sticky rice.

Combo B (HKD288 pp or HKD548 for 2) ups the ante, swapping the snack platter for the Thai BBQ platter and giving diners a choice of dessert.

The ultimate Thai set menu is combo C (HKD298 pp or HKD588 for 2), inclusive of the welcome drink, snack platter, BBQ platter, dessert, and free-flow Chang beer and Chang lime soda.

Diners ordering set menus A or B can also choose to upgrade to free-flow drinks for an extra HKD108.
