The HKTDC Hong Kong International Wine & Spirits Fair is making a landmark return on Nov. 6–8 to showcase fine beverages producers and makers sourced globally, and reinforce Hong Kong’s role as a regional hub for global beverage trade.
The 17th edition of the Fair is hosted by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (HKCEC), highlighting global spirits, low and no-alcohol beverages, and wines and spirits favoured by Hong Kong’s top beverage experts.
Seizing opportunities from the Government’s reduction in liquor duty announced last year, the grand “World of Spirits” zone at the Fair will be showcasing homegrown terroir and spirits from Chinese Mainland, Ireland, Russia, Australia, and more. Chinese Baijiu, including Guizhou Moutai and Luzhou Laojiao, will be spotlighted for its local traditional craft.

In a first for the Fair, this year will see a showcase of low and no-alcohol beverage alternatives as consumer trends shift in Hong Kong, Asia, and globally. This year’s ‘Friends of Wines’ starry exhibition joins the pack in a thrilling schedule to deliver snacks and food products to visitors, pairing up with the offerings of old-world and new-world wine.
The HKTDC Hong Kong International Wine & Spirits Fair will continue with the hybrid model, ‘EXHIBITION+’, which integrates online-and-offline trade show formats. The online business matching platform, Click2Match, aims to help businesses to connect industry partners proactively.
The Fair will be hosting ample space for learning, networking, and discovery, most notably with the return of ‘Connoisseur’s Picks,’ featuring a list of wines and spirits revealed by Hong Kong’s renowned beverage experts.
The line-up includes Carlito Chiu, general manger & wine director of Andō, Calvin Choi, chairman of the Hong Kong Wine Judges Association, and Masters of Wine Debra Meiburg, Jennifer Docherty, and Xing Wei, additionally leading a series of daily seminars and tasting sessions on red and white wine, sake, spirits, and baijiu.

The HKTDC Hong Kong International Wine & Spirits Fair in 2024 saw over 8,200 buyers in attendance from 61 countries and regions. The designated ‘Wine Fiesta’ area at the fair will be opened to the public on Nov. 8 to engage with exhibitors and attend talks, seminars, and talking sessions.
Admission tickets for the HKTDC Hong Kong International Wine & Spirits Fair costs HKD220, whilst the public day pre-event tickets can be purchased at HKD128 via designated ticketing channels. Ticket buyers will receive a Lucaris crystal wine glass (original price: HKD110) on a first-come, first-served basis. Discounted tickets will be available for sale starting on Oct. 21.
The fair will be open from 10AM to 7PM on Thursday (Nov. 6) and Friday (Nov. 7) and closes at 6PM on Saturday (Nov. 8)
