DALLOYAU is back to tempt truffle lovers this autumn with its limited-time cones of white truffle soft serve (HKD68), available at six of the French bakery’s boutiques around town (Entertainment Building, ifc mall, Harbour City, apm, AIRSIDE, and The Wai).

The creamy milk soft serve injected with fragrant white truffle can also be enjoyed in a twist twin variety paired with dark chocolate. On Friday through Sunday, the offer gets even better with DALLOYAU’s buy-one-get-one-free soft-serve promotion.

Extending the white truffle mania, DALLOYAU has collaborated with chef Eric Räty of two-Michelin-starred Arbor to unleash the DA CHOCO brand, specialising in crispy chocolate bars in Asian-inspired flavours like pistachio, sesame, and Sichuan pepper.

DA CHOCO’s white truffle crispy chocolate (HKD238) is the aromatic contender this season, a Valrhona 66% dark chocolate bar enveloping a mix of Italian white truffle paste, cashew praline, and golden kataifi strands.

The Japanese sweetcorn crispy chocolate (HKD238), inspired by Japanese-style sweetcorn soup, is another unique DA CHOCO option this autumn.

DALLOYAU Hong Kong, multiple locations across Hong Kong (the white truffle soft serve is available at all branches except Pacific Place)
