First, we had the 1kg Reuben sandwich food challenge from Morty’s, now Murray Lane at The Murray, Hong Kong comes with 200 grams more and juicy burgers for Hong Kong’s latest food challenge.

Available on weekends from 12PM to 5:30PM, the 1.2kg gourmet burger challenge launches at the hotel’s all-day dining restaurant, offering crazed customers a chance to savour the lobster-filled Brooklyn, foie gras and black truffle-flavoured Tribeca, or smoked ham-packed Queens burgers.

The food challenge invites customers to chomp down on three double-decker burgers of their chosen flavour, a basket of fries, and soft drinks or a pint of beer to wash everything down. The drink is not included in the challenge.

For those who beat the clock in under 30 minutes, you can win a limited‑edition Murray Lane Burger Challenge T‑shirt and dining credit of HKD500 to use at Murray Lane again.

If you cannot complete the challenge you will have to cough up HKD688 to cover the cost of the meal. If there is any food unswallowed or left on the plate, you have failed the challenge!
