Gough Street is welcoming yet another new F&B venture to its tasty strip with the arrival of Taipei’s OOOO Waffle (rebranded from Huinyeou Waffle) selling Korean-style waffles.

Known in the Taiwanese city for its cream and toppings-packed waffles coming with a bouncy, chewy inside (think QQ), the company’s first location overseas brings signature flavours to Hong Kong, including Chocolate Overload, Pistachio Courtier, and Seoul’s Crispy Pork Belly.

The Hong Kong dessert shop comes with a secret menu, including the aptly-named Secret Menu mochi waffle served with customisable toppings and sauces, and the Night Market Fried Chicken Basil with Taiwanese chicken bites, fish cakes, and basil sauce.

OOOO Waffle has limited seating in-store, but you can head out to Shin Hing Street nearby to sit and chomp if the weather plays right.
