Grand Hyatt Hong Kong’s Tiffin restaurant has successfully launched mega-buffets in the past themed around cheese, salmon, and even summer berries.
Next on the agenda for the buffet restaurant is charcuterie – a record-breaking display of 500kg of charcuterie products displayed on a single buffet table, to be exact.
Taking place for lunch and dinner on Mar. 27 and 28, The World Record Grand Charcuterie is set to showcase 150 all-you-care-to-eat charcuterie products curated from five renowned European producers in France, Italy, and Spain – from pâté to prosciutto, capicola to chorizo – complemented by a top-notch selection of French cheese and the buffet eatery’s bountiful salad bar.
For those guests who truly want to immerse themselves in the world of charcuterie, QR codes will be available for scanning in order to learn about the history and origin of each product.
The buffet is priced at HKD680 per person or HKD980 per person to include free-flow wine.
