If it could not get any greater for Bar Leone, the World’s Best Bar, it just has! Co-founder and head mixologist Lorenzo Antinori will be serving drinks to the world’s best actors, filmmakers, and directors at the 98th Oscars afterparty in Los Angeles on Mar. 15.
Lorenzo Antinori is joining up with Tequila Don Julio to treat guests at the Governor’s Ball following the awards ceremony with two signature tequila cocktails: the Italian-inspired Best in Show highball with aperitif and cucumber, and the Golden Cut Margarita with masa-infused gin.
“Bringing Bar Leone from Hong Kong to Los Angeles for Hollywood’s biggest night is a real honor for us,” Lorenzo Antinori shared to the press. “Tequila Don Julio is made for celebrations like this, and we’re proud to be part of such an iconic event with global recognition.”
The Hong Kong-based cocktail master joins American mixologist Charles Joly to man the bar, with the latter serving two other cocktails inspired by Tequila Don Julio’s history.
