A little bird told us that the huge space on Hollywood Road, formerly occupied by The Press Room, has been earmarked for a healthy eatery and lifestyle concept by Peggy Chan, the founder and owner of the much loved vegetarian hangouts Grassroots Pantry and Prune.
Rumour has it, that the new concept will be a combination of cafe, restaurant and lifestyle store, but we’re not tooting anything until we get the official party line. Although we’re omnivores at Foodie, we’re still excited to check out the new concept… especially, on those days when a few too many burgers and steak dinners give us the meat sweats.
