This Japanese bento box workshop is all you need to get your little ones eating healthily (while you feed your instagram too)

Brought to you by:

Have you seen those adorable bento boxes that Japanese mums make for their children? Now you can learn the amazing art of making bento boxes for own your little ones. You’ll also get to bring one home!

Here’s what you can expect at our workshop:

1) You and your child will become bento box master chefs

Roll your (and your childs') sleeves up and get to work! You and your child will create a Japanese-style bento box using healthy ingredients, with a demonstration and instructions from our master bento chef, @verymommytinac.

2) Bento master chef @verymommytinac

Tina is a mother of two lovely girls and is also an MC, actress and host for RoadShow. She makes vegetarian bento boxes for her daughters everyday – so expect a very experienced bento chef and lots of vegetables in your bento box creation.
