We’re chocolate lovers here at Foodie, and with that thought in mind, we’re thrilled to report that premium Swiss chocolate-maker Läderach has entered the Hong Kong market with a bang.

Opening its flagship Hong Kong boutique at K11 MUSEA in Tsim Sha Tsui, Läderach’s iconic slabs of FrischSchoggi (“fresh chocolate”), which are famously broken by hand to signify their freshness, texture, and quality, are now here for Hong Kongers to savour.

Popular FrischSchoggi (HKD120/100g) flavours available in the city include caramelised hazelnut, almond, and pistachio in milk or dark chocolate and strawberry curd, a fruity blend of white chocolate with curd and both crushed and sliced strawberries.

Läderach must-tries include the brand’s handcrafted pralines and truffles (HKD22 each), which come in 29 signature varieties, and chocolate popcorn (HKD175).
