Always working to surprise their diners with special events, the restaurant will be hosting a one-day-only exclusive winemaker’s dinner on Thursday, 2 March 2017, showcasing the vintages from illustrious wine estate Maison Chantêreves from Burgundy, France. One of the co-founders of this estate will be present on the night to lead diners through their list of four whites and one red, all paired with a quintessentially British menu utilising seasonal ingredients by Executive Chef Chris Whitmore.
Diners can look forward to a menu that includes an entrée of beetroot with fresh ricotta, ravioli with scallop and lobster and venison loin with artichoke and chestnut, before ending the meal with a cheese platter.
The four-course wine-pairing menu is priced at $800 per person.
