Sides include sourdough and apple stuffing casserole, roasted heirloom carrot and kale salad, mashed potato with butter, sour cream and Parmesan and three-herb turkey gravy, with pecan pie for dessert. Or you can dine in at Big Sur (22 Staunton Street, SoHo, Central, 2529 3001) for $1,800 per set.
