Namo Avant Thai
One of our all-time favourite Thai restaurants, Namo Avant Thai is known for their harbour views and modern approach to Southeast Asian cuisine. They’re going all out during the European Quality Pork campaign with two dishes that showcase the diversity of Danish pork. The wok-tossed Danish pork collar in fragrant chilli pesto ($188) presents a tower of lean pork covered in an addictive, spicy sauce.
Namo’s second dish is the oven-roasted Danish pork collar steak with Thai green peppercorn sauce ($98/½; $188/full). This pork dish is crispy on the outside and extremely juicy on the inside. Once again, they’ve created a moreish sauce that we cannot get enough of! Be sure to order these dishes alongside one of Namo’s stellar cocktails.
