Delicious USA is back for July! For the whole month, foodies will be able to enjoy featured dishes across 42 restaurants that are using premium US ingredients as part of the festival. Being one of the largest and most competitive global exporters, the USA has around two million farms across the 50 states, and 98% are family operated. US meat, seafood, wine, dairy, fresh fruits and vegetables and more are all available in these spotlight dishes.

Kinship

Kinship beautifully blends world cuisines to create comforting dishes that highlight high-quality ingredients. Through three distinct courses, they’ll be showcasing the versatility of US ingredients for Delicious USA 2021. The first dish is their take on the classic American wedge salad, which uses US iceberg lettuce topped with US cashews. Moving on to the main course, Kinship is changing up their pork loin recipe, switching from Okinawa pork to US pork loin. California Wine Month

California Wine Month in Hong Kong

In addition, California Wine Month will be happening alongside Delicious USA! The California Wine Institute will be celebrating a wide selection of some of the most sought-after wines from the state, and you’ll be able to try them at retailers, restaurants and bars around town. As one of the USA’s top wine producers, around 81% of all American wine comes from California, representing over 95% of US wine exports to Asia.

Have fun dipping into the delicious world of US ingredients and California wine and happy eating!
