Soulgood Bakery – Father’s Day Basque cheesecake gift set
Basque cheesecake specialist Soulgood Bakery has created a fab gift set in collaboration with two home-grown brands, Perfume Trees Gin and Urban Coffee Roaster (UCR). The centrepiece of the set is a limited-edition five-inch Tipsy Tiramisu Basque burnt cheesecake, made with sugar-free coffee liqueur Pale Ink (which has a base of PT gin) combined with UCR’s Ethiopian light-roast speciality coffee. The Steak House at Regent Hong Kong – Father’s Day brunch
Newly relaunched The Steak House is exceptionally open for brunch this Father’s Day as a special treat for all the meat-loving dads out there. The four-course brunch menu kicks off with the restaurant’s iconic salad bar laden with salads galore and premium European cheeses and charcuterie, followed by a starter of either Canadian lobster bisque or free-range scrambled egg with Oscietra caviar. WHISK at The Mira – Caviar Brunch
Chef William Lau will be serving up his quarterly Caviar Brunch at WHISK this Father’s Day, a decadent six-course French-Japanese menu highlighted by 30g of Daurenki Royal Caviar accompanied by the chef’s homemade buckwheat blinis and classic condiments. Zuma – Father’s Day weekend brunch
Zuma’s modern Japanese brunch experience is always a winner, but this Father’s Day, they’ve upped the ante to include a special dish of robata-grilled Japanese A5 Wagyu rib-eye. The restaurant’s signature brunch also features a starter buffet where the likes of spicy fried tofu with Japanese herbs and lime soy, shrimp and veg tempura and grilled chicken wings with sea salt and lime are yours for the taking, followed by a selection of top-of-the-line sushi and sashimi and a choice of decadent main (perhaps roast lobster with shiso and ponzu butter or Ibérico pork with yuzu kosho and truffle sauce).
