An artisanal vegan bakery and bar now open in Quarry Bay, Maya’s plant-based pastries – signatures like the vegan egg tart (HKD18), pandan pineapple bun (HKD22), and pistachio croissant (HKD26) – stand out for their use of all-natural ingredients, without additives and artificial flavourings.

On the savoury front, Maya offers fermented products from its sister brand, Cultured. These gut-friendly items include mushroom fermented cream “cheeze” sourdough (HKD68), a cream “cheeze” with bagel or toast combo (HKD30), and a fermented “cheeze” platter (HKD130).

Pairing with Maya’s worthy food menu is a selection of mindful drinks, both non-alcoholic, in the form of tea and coffee drinks, fresh juices, smoothies, and kombucha, and alcohol-powered cocktails. These cocktails range from classic tipples like the negroni (HKD88) prepared with a vegan twist to the health-conscious Coriander Blast (HKD98), a mix of green kombucha, passion fruit, turmeric, and coriander.
