The Year of the Dragon meets The Way of the Dragon, Sam Fancy’s signature Chinese New Year cocktail named after the iconic Bruce Lee film.

The Way of the Dragon tipple is made with Bigallet China-China liqueur, fragrant with orange peel and liquorice, and the traditional Chinese cough syrup Nin Jiom Pei Pa Koa – the ideal herbal concoction to keep you healthy this winter.

Other drinks on Sam Fancy’s new cocktail menu include the lighter and more refreshing In the Mood for Love, inspired by the Wong Kar-wai movie masterpiece, which blends pisco, lychee, grapefruit, and lime. Then there’s The Lucky Guy, a fusion of the cha chaan teng staple of salted lime and 7UP with an espresso tonic, kicked up with the addition of Mr Black coffee liqueur – a tribute to the Stephen Chow film of the same name.

Whilst sipping on these East-meets-West cocktails, diners can dig into nostalgic Chinese-American bites such as General Tso’s chicken, crab rangoon, and fried chicken wings.

Opened in spring 2023, Sam Fancy is a quirky two-level bar inspired by San Francisco’s Chinatown.
