The brunch we’ve all been waiting for has landed at Nobu the Regent hotel, ready for your dining pleasure on Saturdays from Apr. 6.

Coming in with price tags of HKD858 for adults and HKD488 for kids aged 4–11, free-flow priced from HKD128 pp can be added to push the luxury boat out.

Instead of a standard hotel buffet brunch experience, this new brunch at Nobu truly pampers diners, delivering a wide array of the restaurant’s signature Japanese-Peruvian dishes delivered directly to guests’ tables, kicking off with all-you-can-eat shuko snacks, sashimi and nigiri, and vegetable-forward plates.

Each diner is then entitled to choose two main dishes – like chef Nobu Matsuhisa’s iconic rock shrimp tempura with creamy spicy sauce, black cod miso, or lamb chops miso anticucho – ending with a dessert, ranging from a light and refreshing seasonal exotic fruit selection to the more decadent Nobu cheesecake.
