Adding to the growing recent list of Japanese sweets to land in Hong Kong comes Tokachi-Milky from Hokkaido.

Hong Kong’s first Tokachi-Milky shop, located in Central, has been opened by Korean-Chinese KOL Sue Chang.

The Jersey cows at Hokkaido’s historic Tokachi Farm are the source for the dessert brand’s rich and creamy treats. Tokachi-Milky’s cream puffs (from HKD30) are particularly coveted for their crunchy, toasted almond-coated shell and lush custard-cream filling. Flavours range from the original vanilla and chocolate to chestnut and pistachio.

Another headliner is the original cone (HKD42), featuring ultra-smooth Hokkaido milk soft serve crowned with toasted macadamia bits.

For a change of pace, we recommend the melty cheese (HKD52), the shop’s inventive multi-layered cheesecake creation, offering a cheese-mousse topping, two layers of cheesecake, and a biscuit base. The top layer is caramelised on the spot when you place an order, so it’s available in limited daily quantities.
