A first for LMO Freshly Baked, the bakery brand by acclaimed chef Richard Ekkebus from The Landmark Oriental hotel, is this new “Sweet and Savoury Edition” outlet located at Central’s BaseHall food hall.

In addition to signature sweet treats crafted by executive pastry chef Carlos Codina – think chocolate brookie (HKD30), vanilla and sea salt financier (HKD30), and pistachio cookie (HKD40) – the shop offers a total of 10 grab-and-go savoury items to please the lunch-goers of Central.

On the hot pie side, we like the sounds of the grain-fed O’Connor beef bourguignon pie (HKD78) for classic pub flavours and the Thai chicken green curry pie (HKD68) and char siu and shiitake pie (HKD68) for innovative East-meets-West twists.

When it comes to LMO Freshly Baked’s new salads, these healthy bowls run the gamut from the spicy tomato and compressed watermelon salad (HKD88) to the heartier bulgur and plant-based protein salad (HKD88).

Combo sets are priced from HKD80 and come with a choice of pie and/or salad and a drink.
