Always on the cutting edge of cocktail creation, SKYE Roofbar’s latest cocktail collection has made us stand up and take notice.

The bar’s 10 newly unveiled cocktails are inspired by some of Hong Kong’s most well-known streets, taking drinkers on a multisensory journey around the city.

For instance, there’s Gloucester Road (HKD170), where The Park Lane is located. This tipple places the focus on PL50 gin, a collaboration between SKYE and home-grown Two Moons Distillery. Blended with carbonated jasmine green tea and herbs grown in the bar’s rooftop garden, it’s served in a bespoke glass designed by a student from the Hong Kong Design Institute in honour of the hotel’s 50th anniversary last year. Talk about local love!

Travelling to Kowloon, Temple Street (HKD150) reflects its bold and lively moniker with a smoky mezcal-based concoction accented with pineapple and banana.

Inspired by the street in Tai Kok Tsui, Sycamore Street (HKD150) is a fig-forward cocktail (the street name translates to “fig” in English) with a whisky base and hint of Cynar.

Another recommendation comes with Sugar Street (HKD150), Causeway Bay’s bustling street lined with Indonesian shops. This drink features vodka, pandan, and sencha, capturing the essence of Indonesia.
