Three-Michelin-starred L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon Hong Kong is reopening in August after an extensive renovation to bring the 18-year-old restaurant into a new and refreshed light.
With the renovation, the glitzy fine-dining space unveils a new 18,000-square-foot update with a modern touch, featuring a wine cellar four times its original size that’s able to hold more than 3,400 labels.
Five new private dining rooms, with one costing HKD10 million, feature world-class kitchen equipment to amplify the intimate dining experiences for those seeking real luxury.
The restaurant will also feature a new al-fresco terrace, preserving the former Le Jardin concept.
The LANDMARK-located restaurant has held three Michelin stars since the first MICHELIN Guide was published in the SARs in 2012, until closing temporarily in January 2025 for renovations.
