The new Kimpton Hong Kong Hotel is set to inaugurate Tsim Sha Tsui in September 2025 with quality hospitality venues and a focus on design.
The 495-room hotel will be welcoming a rooftop bar and pool concept Swim Bar on hotel’s 50th-floor and JĪJĀ, a contemporary Chinese restaurant opening in partnership with chef Vicky Lau of TATE Dining Room.
Down on the lower floors, Hillside hosts a breakfast buffet in the day and modern dai pai dong-style dining at night in a spacey locale. The part-lounge, part-cafè Birdsong hosts Elephant Grounds-produced coffee and homemade sandwiches.
Joining Swim Bar, High Drive is located on a high floor within the hotel serving rare spirits and luxe cocktails, served using Baccarat crystal glassware.
Kimpton Hong Hong Hotel is the fourth Kimpton property in Greater China, following Shanghai, Suzhoul, and Taipei.
