Local Hong Kong chocolate makers Conspiracy Chocolate are celebrating Mid-Autumn Festival this year with Dubai Chocolate mooncakes, packed with pistachio.
Inspired by the global fandom, but taking a healthy twist on the recipe, the mooncakes use 75% single-origin dark chocolate for the shell of the mooncakes, a low-sugar pistachio and kadaif filling, and raspberry jam for the core of the dessert.
The Dubai Chocolate mooncakes (HKD485, 4 pcs) can be purchased online here, with shipping scheduled from Sep. 12.
