Following a summer month-long closure, one-Michelin-starred Duddell’s has reopened with grandeur amidst its new interior design led by André Fu Studio, the design studio behind Estro and Salisterra.
Their newly renovated third floor main dining room has now been swept up in the aura of a 1920s art collector’s home, a new space for enjoying Duddell’s fine tasting menus.
Dishes joining the recently launched Artisanal Cantonese Classics menu on the third floor include the ancient recipe crispy local chicken with glutinous rice (HKD988) and wok-seared crab cake with bird’s nest and egg white (HKD328 pp.).
The restaurant’s fourth floor has now become The Upper Room, a more casual area for all-day and night dim sum, small plates for nibbling whilst you sip on their new cocktails, and weekend brunching.
Available on both floors for lunch, Duddell’s launches three tiers of six-course menus for savouring their classic dim sum and Cantoense plates: executive lunch (HKD488 pp.), business lunch (HKD738 pp.), and premier lunch (HKD1,138 pp.).
