Something very new is coming to Hong Kong. Sponsored by Central Yards, the downtown Central retail-commercial development landing in 2027, the Edible Art Fair is bringing a new taste of art – literally – to the city this March..

Hosted at the Central Harbourfront Space from Mar. 26 – Apr. 5, art and food-lovers can ready their palates for an exploration of 10 galleries inspired by global art movements with 10 edible treats to enjoy along the way.

The art and snack pairings within the grand tent include a radical neo-pop space paired up with a jelly balloon dog, modernism with a savoury and sweet edible ribbon, flavoured drinks to enjoy whilst appreciating expressionist art, and an egg-shaped puff pastry served within the optical illusion art gallery.

Early-bird tickets begin at HKD256 per person with entry slots available every 30 minutes from 10AM to 9PM, available to purchase until Feb. 15 here

Edible food art workshops are also on offer for an additional HKD280 per person on-site.
