Pocofino from Manila has opened their first location in Hong Kong selling their popular fried pizza (pizza fritta) and Neapolitan-style pizza pies.

In Wan Chai, the new takeaway store sells Hong Kong’s only Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana (AVPN)-certified pizza, with dough fermented for 24 hours prior to cooking in their wood-fired oven at 485 degrees for a soft and crispy crust.

The stars of the show are their pizza fritta with sweet flavours like egg tart (HKD38) and durian (HKD38) sandwiched inside the fried pocket, and hot pot beef mala (HKD78) and margherita (HKD62) for savoury tooths.

On the pizza front, Pocofino’s signatures are carbonara (HKD158), margherita (HKD128), and diavala (HKD138)

Pocofino also sells paninis, desserts, and iced drinks.
